Nexus Networks – Operational Support & Out-of-Hours Contact Update

Effective immediately, Nexus Networks has implemented an updated structure for all support and out-of-hours communication procedures. These changes are being introduced to improve operational efficiency, ensure appropriate routing of requests, and maintain clear boundaries within service delivery.


From this point forward, any contact made outside of standard operating hours must be directed exclusively through either the Case Management Unit or the Automated Intelligence Unit (AIU). These channels are now the only approved routes for handling out-of-hours enquiries, escalations, or service-related issues.


Please note that automated transfers to the AIU after 17:00 have now been disabled. This means all requests must be manually submitted or routed via the approved support pathways rather than relying on automatic system forwarding.


The revised system becomes active from 08:58 each morning, at which point standard processing and intake procedures resume through the designated communication channels. This adjustment has been made to ensure consistency in response handling and to improve oversight of all incoming cases.


Members of staff and users are expected to comply fully with these updated procedures. Any attempts to bypass the established support structure may result in delays or non-processing of requests.


These changes form part of Nexus Networks’ continued efforts to strengthen service governance, improve internal coordination, and maintain a structured and reliable support environment for all operational activities.

Nexus Networks – Roblox Operations Update

We are announcing an important change regarding Nexus Networks’ presence on Roblox.

After careful internal review and strategic consideration, we have made the decision that Nexus Networks will be ceasing all Roblox operations permanently. This includes all related services, projects, development activity, and community-facing Roblox initiatives. There are no plans to resume operations on the platform in the future.


Service Closure

All Nexus Networks Roblox game servers will be shut down by 6:00 PM tomorrow evening, after which access will no longer be available.

All Roblox-related systems and development work will be discontinued. RBX will no longer receive updates and will instead be moved into a restricted access state, available only to selected trusted staff and long-standing collaborators for internal purposes.
