By signing this document, I formally acknowledge that I have been provided with access to the Nexus Networks Group Enterprise Onboarding Handbook and associated governance policies, and that I have been given adequate opportunity to read them in full prior to participation.
I confirm that I have read, understood, and accepted the contents of the handbook and that I agree to comply fully with all organisational policies, governance controls, behavioural expectations, safety requirements, and security obligations without exception.
I understand that failure to read the handbook does not exempt me from compliance and does not limit the organisation’s authority to enforce its provisions.
I expressly acknowledge and accept that my involvement with Nexus Networks Group is voluntary unless defined otherwise within a separately executed written agreement authorised by the Executive Leadership Team.
I understand that:
I am not an employee
I am not a worker
I am not entitled to wages or compensation
I am not guaranteed future employment
I hold no expectation of financial benefit
I confirm that no verbal statement, digital communication, representation, or informal assurance has created any expectation of payment, employment, or contractual entitlement.
I formally confirm that I have read the required Health and Safety Policy sections identified by Nexus Networks Group and understand that completion of this requirement is a legal precondition of participation.
I acknowledge that failure to comply with Health and Safety requirements may invalidate organisational insurance protections, including coverage provided under the commercial legal protection policy issued by Irwell Insurance Company Limited.
I accept full responsibility for ensuring my compliance prior to engaging in organisational activities.
I acknowledge that Nexus Networks Group is the sole Data Controller and that I act only as an authorised data user operating under organisational authority.
I agree to maintain confidentiality, protect personal data, and refrain from any unauthorised access, disclosure, duplication, or misuse of organisational information.
I understand that improper handling of data may result in immediate removal and potential regulatory escalation.
I irrevocably acknowledge and agree that all work, materials, documents, communications, systems, designs, content, intellectual property, and outputs created or contributed by me in connection with Nexus Networks Group automatically become the sole and exclusive property of the organisation upon creation.
I waive any future claim of ownership, licence rights, authorship control, or financial interest unless explicitly granted through formal written authorisation by the Executive Leadership Team.
I acknowledge the executive authority structure of Nexus Networks Group and agree to operate within it at all times.
I understand that:
roles are discretionary and revocable
access may be withdrawn without notice where risk is identified
governance decisions are final
organisational protection takes precedence over individual preference
I formally recognise Daniel Wojciechowski, Chief Executive Officer, as the organisation’s principal controlling authority and authorised statutory filing officer for the purposes of Companies House, HM Revenue & Customs, and regulatory engagement.
I acknowledge that no other individual may exercise such authority unless formally delegated in writing.
I acknowledge that Nexus Network Group operates as a non-profitable organisation limited by guarantee with a nominal member liability of £1 and that my participation grants me no ownership interest, financial stake, or claim over organisational assets.
I confirm that I am not relying upon any statement, promise, representation, assurance, or understanding that is not expressly set out within the Nexus Network Group governance documentation.
This acknowledgement forms a formal organisational record and may be relied upon for governance, regulatory, audit, or insurance purposes.
I understand and accept that failure to comply with organisational policies may result in suspension, removal from role, termination of involvement without notice, or further action where required to protect Nexus Network Group.
