⚠️ STRICT VETTING REQUIREMENTS: DBS & DISCLOSURE SCOTLAND

All roles with Nexus Networks involve working with vulnerable people or regulated activity, so mandatory vetting is required based on your usual residence:

If you normally live in England or Wales: you will need to complete an Enhanced DBS Check, including checks against the Children’s and Adults’ Barred Lists.

If you normally live in Scotland: you will need to complete PVG Scheme Membership and an Enhanced Disclosure via Disclosure Scotland.

If you have lived in Scotland at any point in the last 5 years: additional Disclosure Scotland checks will also be required, even if you now live elsewhere.

All information provided must be full, accurate, and complete. False or misleading information is a criminal offence under the Police Act 1997, Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974, and Disclosure (Scotland) Act 2020.
